On Tuesday, Fox News Vierant correspondent Peter Doocy asked Leavitta why President Joeu Biden was allowed to establish a “Pen -Pen blow” program, but Trump was stopped to end CHNV in the way he started.

“I talked to the White House lawyer’s office, because, obviously, another District Court judge is trying to block the efforts of mass deportation of the administration of this latest ban,” Leavitt said. She also scored the Administration of Biden, accusing former officials of abusing the US conditional discharge system “for legal status for legal status” illegal immigrants.
“We will continue to focus on deporting as many individuals as possible,” Leavitt added.
Judge Indira Talwani, appointed Obama, wrote in her order blocking Trump administration that each of the more than 530,000 migrants should have an individualized examination of the case to a case.

The Ministry of Internal Security and Trump administration officials said that Talwani’s judgment basically forbids Trump to use his own executive authority for the recall of conditional discharge approved by Biden when he was in power.
“It’s pure endless tyranny,” Trump’s administration official told Fox News.

According to the program from Era Biden, known as CHNV, migrants from Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua and Venezuela are allowed to enter the US via humanitarian conditional freedom after receiving in advance of travel approval. The program allowed up to 30,000 nationals a month to enter the country.
Republicans opposed the program and invited the Administration of Biden to turn it off. Several legislators of the house at the time signed a letter to the Minister of Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas, calling for the end of Chnv while now faced with the “unprecedented crisis” on its southern border.
