Newly published shots show shock and emotional detection Illinois A school teacher arrested for allegedly abusing a 15-year-old student last month.
The video shows Christina Formella, 30, who was attracted to traffic stops last week and drove to custody where she was charged two years ago of various sex crimes of inappropriate sexual intercourse with the student.
Formella was charged with a sexual attack on a boy in the classroom for a lawsuit before teaching began at Downers Grove South High School in December 2023. The victim’s mother discovered the alleged attack when she was watching the thread of her sms message on his cellphone and then contacted the police, Prosecutors said.

In the Bodycam Formella recording, it seems confused when the police ask her to get out of his vehicle.
Then they arrested her and put her in the back of a police vehicle where he asked questions about her detention.
Formella can be heard of sobbing in the back seat of a police vehicle and looking for her husband, her childhood dear, with whom she married last year, according to reports.
“I feel like I’m going to throw,” she said in the video on March 16th, and continues to cry in the back seat.
Formella, who was also a football coach, began teaching an alleged victim after interrupting the collarbone, and they started sending messages on the school platform, according to the court documents he received by TMZ. The couple then allegedly exchanged provocative texts, followed by FaceTime Chats who led to a sexual incident in December 2023.
“I love you so much mom,” the boy allegedly sent Forsella into one text.
“I love you like that a full child … Although it was short this morning, it was perfect,” the teacher allegedly answered.
Both later admitted that what they did was wrong and never had sex again, according to documents. They last talked in February 2024.

Formella denied sex with a minor and claimed that the student broke into her phone and used her number to blackmail inappropriate text messages, according to New York Post.
She allegedly told investigators that “everyone is coming after her because she looks good and only a good person who took too much care of (boy),” according to the court documents he received by WGN.
Duphage District State Attorney Robert Berlin said the charges against Formella were “extremely disturbing.”
“It is stated that she used her confidence position and authority as a teacher and coach to sexually attack a small student. The type of abuse and behavior is reportedly not tolerated in this case,” Berlin said.
“The safety and well -being of our children remain our greatest priority, and we will take all the necessary actions to ensure that anyone who deals with this type of behavior is considered responsible.”

Formella is charged with one point of difficult criminal sexual abuseOne point of criminal sex attack and one point of difficult criminal sexual abuse.
She was released from custody provided she did not enter the Downers Grove South High School and does not make contact with anyone under the age of 18. She is planned to appear in court on April 14.
The State Attorney’s Office said that the defendant is assumed innocent and that he is entitled to a fair trial in which the burden of the Government is to prove his guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.
At her appearance, the court refused the state’s proposal to delay the Formella pre-Probile and released it with terms, including entry into the Downers Grove South High School and without contact with anyone under the age of eighteen.
