Jeff Sperbeck, the friend, businessmate and former John Elway Agenda, passed away Wednesday of injuries suffered when he fell from a golf cart that was driven by the fame room quarterback. Sperbeck was 62 years old.
The Riverside County Colonel (California) confirmed Sperbeck’s death in a Jerife’s office. Sperbeck was injured on Saturday night in La Quinta, California, and declared dead early Wednesday at a Palm Springs hospital.
According to TMZElway was driving the golf cart when Sperbeck fell and hit his head into Asphalt. Sperbeck was sitting in the passenger seat, a source told ESPN, with TMZ informing that he was in vital support after the fall.
The Riverside County Senior Office is investigating the incident, although TMZ reported that there was no indication that Elway was driving negligently when Sperbeck fell after the two men and their spouses left a party.
Elway won two Super Bowls during a 16 -year -old NFL race, all with the Denver Broncos. He later served as Director General of Broncos and Executive Vice President and then went to a consultant role until his contract expired in March 2023.
