Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi arrived in Rome on the eve of the second round of indirect conversations between Teheran and Washington on the Nuclear Program of the Islamic Republic, the state media said on Saturday. The meeting comes a week after the initial circle of negotiations to Oman.
